We offer a Winter Care Service which operates from 1 October until 1 April each
year and gives you the re-assurance of monthly visits and full checks of your property
during the winter with more frequent visits in severe weather.

Our silver service operates from 1 October until 1 April and includes a monthly visit
to walk around and check the exterior of your property to ensure it is secure and to
identify any problems or issues likely to lead to damage (such as fallen branches,
water leaks, open shutters, frozen pipes).  We will notify you of any problems
immediately and you will receive a written report and photographs.  

The silver service costs 300 euros  for the whole winter

Our gold service operates from 1 October until 1 April
and includes a thorough check of your property inside and out.
During the hour long visit we open shutters, doors and
windows as regular airing significantly reduces damp
and condensation in unoccupied properties.  We check inside
and out for leaks or damage, sweep leaves away from buildings
and from paths, check water supplies and outbuildings and ensure
there are no problems.  We secure the property thoroughly on each departure.
We will notify you of any problems immediately and send you written reports
and photographs after each visit.   

The gold service costs 480 euros for the whole winter.

You can add cleaning, gardening or maintenance hours to any of our winter visits
