I (Stuart) worked in London for many years, managing large facilities and administration
teams in Lincoln's Inn, Ely and Glasgow.  Prior to this I ran a general building and
maintence company contracted to Chestertons.  I am a builder by trade, was co-director
of a timber framing company in Sussex for many years and am currently renovating historic
properties in Hastings.

Edmond worked for eight years at the luxury 'Agapitos Suites', often personally undertaking
the maintenance and improvement works to the hotel. He also had a significant role within
the restaurant and in welcoming guests.  Prior to joining Agapitos, Edmond had more than
ten years experience as a builder and grounds worker and he is able to drive just about
any machine.  He is also a stoneworker and fine plasterer and is proficient in brickwork
and carpentry to a very high standard.  Combine these skills with a superb command of five
languages (including Greek, English and Italian) and excellent local knowledge and
relationships built over 20 years, Edmond is well known and well liked, and a good friend. 

My wife and I have been visiting Pelion for more than a decade and one of our earliest and
happiest encounters was with Edmond. His boundless energy, kindness and unwavering good
humour even in 40 degree heat and up eight flights of stairs impressed us on every occasion.
Over the years we came to know Edmond and his family and found we had similar interests
and skills.

Debbie and I decided to buy a house in Pelion and in the process tried to find a local company
