act as your nominated key holder
If you have concerns when away from your property, we will
carry out checks on your behalf
Keys are held in a secure safe and have a brass tagged
identification number and our logo with no property name

It includes deep cleaning, inventory, laundry, airing, equipment
and light check, windows washed, paths swept, pool cleaning
and garden tidy
And when you decide, we carefully close up - oiling window and
door hinges, checking shutters and locks, clearing gutters, sanitising
fridges, cleaning filters on dishwashers and washing machines
- a service tailored to your property and with preventative
maintenance to give you complete peace of mind
Prices depend on size of property and are far lower than you may expect

The whole place was spotless and beautiful

We take the headache out of a quick turnaround without cutting

Changeover rates start at 60 euros and include deep cleaning,
inventory, laundry change, airing, equipment and light check.
